      Hypnosis For IBS

IBS is a very common, digestive disorder which affects your digestive tract, the intestines in particular. If you’re experiencing a bout of IBS, you might experience cramps, abdominal pain, constipation and diarrhea, bloating and vomiting.

IBS can be so severe that you can’t work, attend socialĀ  and family events, your ability to travel long distances, affecting family plans. Many women, it effects their sex lives and brings on additional anxiety when thinking about how their partner is going to react from the possible flatulence, the pain and the discomfort.

On a mechanical basis, IBS involves the natural squeezing motions of the intestines to move too fast or too slowly, which brings on the cramps, the pain and a myriad of symptoms.
